We are now looking for a driven HR consultant for an assignment to one of our customers.
Strategic HR Planning
• Develop and drive the HR agenda in alignment with our company's goals.
• Translate organizational objectives into actionable HR strategies.
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and achieve desired results.
Employee Relations
• Address and resolve people-related concerns with our leaders.
• Oversee and manage employee issues, ensuring a positive working environment. Talent Management
• Spearhead performance management initiatives.
• Conduct talent mapping and planning to identify potential and current skills within the organization.
• Lead succession planning activities.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and participate in the selection process.
Compensation & Benefits (Comp & Ben)
• Undertake market research and analysis to remain competitive.
• Design and review compensation structures to attract, retain, and motivate talent.
• Conduct periodic salary reviews to ensure fairness and competitiveness. HR Policies and Compliance
• Ensure a positive and compliant work environment.
• Advocate for equal treatment of all employees and address discrepancies.
• Conduct pay gap analyses to ensure equitable compensation. HR Analytics and Reporting
• Oversee employee surveys, including 'Frankly' and exit surveys.
• Use HR analytics to identify trends and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs.
• Generate regular reports, providing insights on key metrics and making data-
informed recommendations to management.
Employee Engagement and Culture
• Design and implement engagement programs to foster a positive organizationalculture.
• Conduct surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and identify areas of improvement.
• Propose and execute initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.
Qualifications We're Looking For:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Proficiency in HR analytics tools and software.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by UNIQ Competence.
